Time flies so fast and summer is almost here! Since I will not be able to go home this summer, my family and I had an early outing. We tried looking for a new resort to visit, but since my mom enjoyed the last time we were at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bataan, we decided to just go there again.

We left Manila around 10am. There were some accidents along North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), which was why we arrived in Bataan past 3pm already.

It has been two years since we last went, and there were some improvements in the interim. The reception area is now a whole house with a restaurant nearby.
We opted to stay overnight since it is more sulit, and we booked the Family Suite, which now costs PHP12,000 per night and can accommodate six people. Since there was seven of us in our group, we paid an additional PHP1,500 for the extra person.

The room assigned to us was similar to the previous room that we got, but it was smaller and closer to the beach.

We were there on a Saturday, and there was a cultural show which showcases Filipino dances.

We woke up early the next day and had a lovely stroll by the beach before going in for a swim.

After dressing up, we enjoyed the buffet Filipino breakfast, which had daing, eggs, sausage, rice, pastries and fruits

Then we joined the heritage tour. It was almost the same as the last time we were there, but they now have an additional play as part of the tour.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Las Casas and would definitely be back again.
